Rajshahi road crashes kill 6, hurt 10

Three people were killed and five others injured when a truck and a three-wheeler collided head-on in Kesharhat area of Mohonpur upazila in Rajshahi yesterday.

The deceased were Jahangir Hossain, 40, Yakub Ali, 45, of Mohobbatpur and Akbar Hossain, 38, of Amrail.

Meanwhile, in Puthia upazila, Mizanur Rahman, 58, and his son-in-law Nazmul Haque, 35, were killed and another was injured when a mini-truck hit a parked truck at Baneswar.

In Rajshahi city, Joynal Abedin, 35, was killed and four people were injured when a truck hit a rickshaw-van in Kukhandi area.
