PSC staff held for exam question leak

Seven people, including an employee of the Public Service Commission (PSC), were arrested in the capital in connection with leak of questions for the sub-assistant engineer (civil) recruitment exam under the LGRD ministry.

The arrestees are MLSS staff at PSC Md Akbar Hossain and his partners Md Jashim Shikdar Rana, Md Ramjan Ali, fake examinees Md Niyamul Hasan, Md Harunur Rashid and Md Delwar Hossain, and a candidate of Saturday's written test Md Rubel Ahmed, Joint Commissioner of the Detective Branch of police Monirul Islam told the press yesterday. Law enforcers are trying to arrest another MLSS of PSC in Chittagong Billal Hossian. Detectives also seized questions and answer sheets, admit cards, and Tk 50,000 from them.
