Private university lecturer’s body found hanging

The body of a lecturer of East West University was found hanging at her Aftabnagar house in Dhaka last night.
Rabeya Kulsum Pinkey, 26, was rushed to United Hospital in Gulshan by her brother where doctors declared her dead.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. Her brother rushed to the apartment and found her hanging around 2:00am, Abdul Jalil, officer-in-charge of Badda Police Station, told The Daily Star.
Later, her body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue, the OC added.
Police are looking into the matter to ascertain whether it was a case of suicide.
