Photo journo Bidyut dies

Nurul Islam Bidyut, a photojournalist, died at Khulna Medical College Hospital yesterday at the age of 64.

Bidyut had been suffering from diabetes and other diseases. He left behind his wife and a sister.

A former member of Khulna Union of Journalists, he worked at the Rajpather Dabi, a local daily.

He was buried at the city's Tutpara graveyard.

Khulna city Mayor Moniruzzaman Moni and local journalists expressed their shock at the death.
