Woman murdered in Manikganj

A woman has been found murdered in her house at Chandahar in Singair upazila of Manikganj.

Firoza Begum, 45, wife of expatriate Piar Ali, was a mother of three children. Her body bore injuries to the throat and head, said police.

Police and locals said Firoza was living alone. Yesterday morning, a neighbour discovered her body and locals informed police.

OC Khandaker Imam Hossain of Singhair Police Station suspects some miscreants killed Firoza after breaking into her house at night.
