Books for underprivileged children

With an aim to help underprivileged children, North South University Social Services Club (NSUSSC) organised “Amar Pathshala” last Thursday.

The event took place at Doyel School, a school for underprivileged children, located in the capital's Rayer Bazar area. Books and stationary items were distributed among 200 children. A team of 50 members of NSUSSC facilitated the event, said a press release.

Small initiatives can bring a change and make the children self-reliant to achieve targets in their future, said the organisers.
