Bank Asia's initiative for children born blind
Bank Asia Limited is facilitating treatment for underprivileged children who were born blind, said a press release.
Bangladesh Eye Hospital is partnering with Bank Asia to revive their vision through treatment and nursing. So far 1,164 born-blind infants from all over Bangladesh were treated under this project that began in 2005.
Currently, three infants are undergoing treatment at the Eye Hospital, under sponsorship of the bank.
