3 construction workers killed in Dhaka
Three construction workers were killed in three separate incidents in the city today.
The diseased are Polash, 22, a resident of Shahbagh, Mohammad Sujon, 25, of Tejturi Bazar and Imon Hossain Emu, 25, of Gulshan.
Construction worker Polash was electrocuted at the under construction Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery at Chankharpool while working on first floor of the 15-storey building around 5:00 pm.
He was rushed to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where the duty doctors declared him dead.
In another incident, Sujon was electrocuted to death while working at the ground floor of an under construction building at Tejgaon around 1:00 pm.

Imon Hossain, another construction worker, died after falling from a crane while working to lift sands from ground to a under construction high-rise building at Gulshan area.
Officer-in charge of Gulshan Police station Abu Bakar Siddique said the worker was lifted up to three and half storey level height with the crane, but suddenly fell down losing his balance around 9:00 am.
The DMCH outpost police in-charge sub inspector Bacchu Miah said they have sent all the three bodies to DMC morgue for autopsy.
