Listed criminal arrested in Ctg

Police arrested a listed “criminal” and recovered a gun, 57 bullets and six crude bombs from his house in Bakalia area of Chittagong city on Wednesday night.

The arrestee Md Farid, 40, is accused in seven cases filed for extortion and arms recovery, said police.

On information, police conducted a drive in the area around 11:00pm and arrested Farid and recovered the arms.
