A cocktail exploded in Barisal University yesterday creating panic among students. Some of the students said the cocktail went off on the third floor of the academic building around 9:00pm.

Foysal Ahamed Rumi, public relation officer of the university, said we informed the matter to police.

Golam Mostafa, officer-in-charge of Bandor Police Station, said they were investigating the incident.
