Contractor shot dead in Mohakhali

A contractor was gunned down by unknown miscreants in Mohakhali area of Dhaka this morning.

Police identified the deceased as Nasir, 45, sources at Banani Police Station told The Daily Star.

The miscreants swooped on the construction site of a mosque at Mohakhai Dakhkhinpara around 8:00am and opened fire at Nasir, leaving him dead on the spot.
