BNP doubts over proper punishment for attacker

Expressing doubt over proper punishment for Chhatra League leader Badrul Alam who hacked Khadiza Begum Nargis in broad daylight in Sylhet on Monday, BNP leaders yesterday said they would ensure justice in such incidents if it gets the power.
"If we are given the chance, every incident of killing and forced disappearance will be brought under trial," said BNP standing committee member Goyeshwar Chandra Roy.
