Bangladesh-Thailand foreign office consultation in Dhaka today
Connectivity, trade, investment and duty-, quota-free market access of Bangladeshi products to Thai market will dominate the first-ever foreign office consultation between Bangladesh and Thailand to be held in Dhaka today.
Technical cooperation, road, air and seaports connectivity, employment of Bangladeshi workers in Thailand, cooperation in defence, and culture and sports are also among the agenda items of the consultations.
A nine-member Thai delegation, led by Thai Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs Norachit Sinhaseni, arrived in Dhaka yesterday to join the programme between the two countries.
