Air Alliance to launch call centre

To launch a call centre, Air Alliance Ltd signed a memorandum of understanding with HRC Technologies Ltd on Wednesday, says a press release.

The signing ceremony was held at the Dhaka corporate office of Air Alliance Ltd, the authorised service contractor of United Parcel Service in Bangladesh.

The management teams from both the sides were present on the occasion.

The call centre will be the first of its kind for Air Alliance Ltd.
