Abdur Rahman passes away

Khondoker Abdur Rahman, a retired director of the Department of Agriculture Extension (DAE) and father of CPD Research Director Dr Khondoker Golam Moazzem, died due to cancer at a city hospital yesterday morning. He was 83.

He left behind his wife, seven daughters and a son. He was buried in a family graveyard in Nagarkanda of Faridpur, said a press release.

A milad and doa mahfil will be held at his village mosque after the Asr prayers today.
