21 of dope gangs jailed in capital

A mobile court yesterday sentenced 21 members of four dope gangs to jail terms ranging from six months to two years after they were arrested in the capital's different areas including Gabtoli, Mohakhali, Shahbagh and Jatrabari.

The criminals used to take away valuables from travellers after sedating them, police said, adding that they seized a huge amount of narcotics from them.
