10 Dhaka College students hurt in clash over iftar distribution

Around 10 students of Dhaka College were injured in a clash between two groups of students over distribution of iftar on the campus last evening.

They also broke the glasses of windows of some dormitories, campus sources said.

Rahamatullah, 22, was admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital while the rest took treatment, New Market police said.

The clash ensued after the college unit of Bangladesh Chhatra League organised an iftar party marking the death anniversary of its former president SR Palash, students told The Daily Star.
