Celebration of Bangla New Year 1421

The students, parents, teachers and management of Scholastica celebrated Bangla New Year amidst festivity throughout the month of April 2014. From 17th to 24th April, each campus organised a Baishakhi mela and decorated their campuses with festoons, colourful masks and traditional Baishakhi art work.
The students and their parents, faculty members, management personnel and Scholastica Alumni members attended the celebration which started with a colourful rally “Mongol Shobha Jatra”, followed by cultural programmes and Baishakhi Mela. The Baishakhi Mela included stalls with a versatile range of items available for sale along with Nagordola, jumping castle and other recreational activities. There were mouth-watering food stalls as well. Students, faculty, management, parents and a band of Bauls performed at a cultural show.
