When asked about the core thought behind bti Brokerage's inception, Mr Hasnat said, "Since we (bti) have been in the market for nearly 4 decades, ours is a diversely enriched portfolio. This indicates the number of properties we have built and sold. However, as time changed the housing requirements of the owners changed along with it. Some decided to simply move locations whereas others needed adjustments with the size of their living quarters.
