The stock market regulator has approved a proposal of Pubali Bank for raising Tk 750 crore by issuing non-convertible floating rate subordinated bonds.

The tenure of the bond would be seven years. The proceeds will be used to strengthen the bank’s tier-2 capital base. The offer price will be Tk 7.5 crore per unit.
