Mercantile Bank holds business review confce

Mercantile Bank PLC organised a "Business Review Conference" for the northern region of the country at the Grand Palace Hotel & Resorts in Rangpur yesterday.

Md Quamrul Islam Chowdhury, managing director and CEO of the bank, attended the conference as chief guest, said a press release.

Chowdhury advised the heads of branches and in-charges of the sub-branches to ensure best possible customer services with latest technology-based banking to achieve the target in the fourth quarter of the current year.

Md Motiar Rahman, regional head for North Bengal region of the bank, presided over the conference, where Mati Ul Hasan, additional managing director and chief risk officer of the bank, was present as special guest.

Among others, Md Mahmood Alam Chowdhury, deputy managing director and chief operating officer, was present.
