It is made all very easy! One SMS, and get the name of your polling center on your phone.

If you have a 17-digit National ID number, go to your message option and type PC, give a space and type your 17-digit ID number and send it to 16103. You will get a return message bearing the name of your voting centre, booth number and voter serial number.

Voters with a 13-digit National ID number will have to write PC, enter space, write their four-digit year of birth and (no space here) type the 13-digit number before sending it to 16103.

If you are a new voter having no National ID number but only the voter registration slip, type PC, give a space, type the voter registration slip number, enter space, type your date of birth in the dd-mm-yyyy format (28-04-1990) and send it to 16103.
