Melody king Alam Khan turns 76 today
Eminent music composer Alam Khan turns 76 today. The elder brother of rock guru Azam Khan, he was born on this day in 1944 in Baniagathi, Sirajganj.
The seven-time National Film Award winner started his journey with the Abdul Jabbar Khan directorial "Kach Kata Hire" (1970). We look back at some of his greatest compositions.

He is a living legend of the music industry.
He is married to Gulbanu, and together, they have three children—Arman Khan, Adnan Khan and Anika Khan.
