HBO Max is reportedly in the early stages of creating a live-action show based on the "Harry Potter" books.
According to reports, the project is still in an exploratory phase, and no writers or talent have been hired for it.
News of the TV series should come as no surprise given the value of the "Harry Potter" franchise to Warner Bros. J K Rowling's seven-book series was adapted as eight feature films that grossed more than $7 billion worldwide.
