Nadia and Nayeem tie the knot!

Nadia Ahmed has been in the TV industry for a while now, and has made a name for herself as an actress. Nayeem, who came to the showbiz after Nadia, is also a popular face of the small screen now.

The two met while working in a TV drama, and that connection culminated in the duo tying the knot in matrimony on Thursday night, in a private ceremony.

According to sources, Nadia and Nayeem's parents were classmates at university, and the proposals were forwarded through the family.

The post-wedding reception ceremony was held at Gulshan Club on Friday, in presence of members of the showbiz fraternity.

The newlyweds sought blessings from their fans and well wishers on their new journey ahead.
