This Eid, Kona has a special present for her fans-- a new music video titled “Chaader Kona” that is creating quite a stir already.
Listeners have more to look forward to, as Kona is readying for the release of two other music videos on Eid. One will be released by Dhruba Music Station, and CMV will arrange the other release.
This feat is the singer's first in five years, as she last simultaneously released three music videos in 2012. “I hope they will appeal to viewers as I have put my heart and soul into my new ventures," said a wishful Kona.
The singer added another milestone by playback singing an item song for the film “Nabab”, slated for release during Eid.
As with most busy professionals, the singer looks forward to a relaxed Eid break. Kona spends every Eid-ul-Fitr in the capital, but she ventures down to her parent's home in Gazipur for Eid-ul-Azha. Eid is a simple ritual for the glamorous singer, who prefers to stay at home on the first day and dress down in a comfortable salwaar kameez with minimal makeup.
The artiste often shops from her friend's boutique. “My friend Tushti has a label, and it has a fabulous collection,” said the singer.
The singer has a simple message for her listeners: “Love the music of your country and listen to Bangla songs.”
