Grammy and Brit Award-winning English Soul sensation Joss Stone is all set to tour Dhaka in February. Stone will perform at LiveSquare Entertainment's Pop Republic Festival on February 20 at Nabaratri Hall of the International Convention City, Bashundhara.
Known for her illustrious solo career as a virtuoso singer and multi-instrumentalist, she has sold over 12 million albums worldwide. Stone has performed alongside heavyweight musicians including Mick Jagger, Dave Stewart, Damian Marley and A. R. Rahman in the supergroup SuperHeavy, as well as collaborated with James Brown, Rod Stewart, Stevie Wonder, Jeff Beck and Ringo Starr. Stone is one of the top five British musicians under 30.
The magnificent diva will grace Bangladesh at the next stop of her ongoing World Tour in February. Pop Republic is Bangladesh's first music platform dedicated to bringing pop music to the masses featuring renowned artists from all over the world.
Upon her arrival in Dhaka, Stone will participate in a press conference with local media personnel on February 19.
And after her performance, she will embark on a charity visit on February 21 prior to her departure.
