Vital to stay hydrated: Sabila Nur
Sabila Nur is a promising young star, who has stolen many hearts in a rather short span of time. Her vivacious and cheerful persona has been a gateway for her entry into the media. While talking to The Daily Star, she spoke about her first health priority on Ramadan, and also on the transition of season from summer to the monsoon.
“As the month of Ramadan is here, we all need wholesome food and water. We tend to get dehydrated during this time. Even though I eat junk food a lot, I am always careful to drink water or lemonade so that I am hydrated and my metabolism remains steady. Although I am not the biggest fan of fruits, it is a must during this season and this special month.”
“Summer hardly says goodbye when the monsoon begins. The combo of these two seasons spells fun and joy. But it is also the season when the sun beats down mercilessly and yet there is intermittent rain. You always have to apply a sunscreen when you are out while you carry an umbrella with you so you are not caught off guard by the rain.”
