The government today appointed Md Abul Kalam Azad as the principal secretary to the Prime Minister’s Office.
Until the new appointment, he was senior secretary to the PMO.
Meanwhile, Statistics and Informatics Division Secretary Suraiya Begum has been made secretary to the PMO.
The public administration ministry today issued separate gazette notifications in this regard.
