5 top BNP leaders get bail at HC

The High Court yesterday granted anticipatory bail to 10 BNP men, including five top leaders, for four weeks in eight saparate cases filed in Dhaka and Chittagong for vandalism, arson attack and preventing police from discharging duties on January 4 and 5.
The five leaders are Rafiqul Islam Mia, Aman Ullah Aman, Zainul Abdin Farroque, Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury and Zafrul Hossain.
Rafiqul and Aman got bail in a case each, Zainul in six cases, and seven others in another case, he added. The HC granted the bail after hearing their petitions seeking bail.
