Robber beaten to death in N'ganj

A robber was beaten to death by angry mob while he and his seven accomplices were fleeing away after a crowd had suspected their movement at Chanpara bus stand under Araihazar upazila on Saturday night.Police quoting eyewitnesses said a group of seven to eight robbers assembled at Chanpara after getting down from a bus at 9:00pm. Being suspicious about their movement, the villagers chased the robbers and caught one of them. After he was beaten black and blue, the unidentified robber was brought to Araihazar health complex where the attending doctors declared him dead.
