Lightning kills one in Netrakona

One person was killed and another injured when a lightning struck them while they were working in a field at Kirsnapur village in Khaliajuri at about 7:00am yesterday. The dead was identified as Ershad Mia, 35. The injured, Abdul Kadir, was sent to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital. Meanwhile, Netrakona Sadar Police recovered a body from Bathadi village in the morning. The identity of the victim could not be known.
