The victim Nur Alam Siddique told The Daily Star that five robbers claiming themselves as his students rang the doorbell at around 1:15pm after he went to mosque to say Juma prayers.

After entering the room, the robbers tied up his wife and his sister, took the keys of almirahs by holding his two-year-old daughter at knife's point and took away Tk 1.4 lakh in cash, a cellphone set and some valuable stuffs.
