Alleged mugger lynched in city

Angry mob lynched a man who was allegedly trying to mug in the city's Dhanmondi area yesterday.The identity of the man, aged around 30, could not be known immediately. Abul Hashem, the investigation officer of the case, told the daily star that when police reached the spot at around 12:30pm, they found the body lying dead in the road. The body has been sent to Dhaka medical college morgue for autopsy.
