The prize giving ceremony of a consumer promotion offer of Ruchi Chips, a product of Square Consumer Products Limited, was held at National Press Club in the capital yesterday. Kazi Tajrian Mon, a playgroup student and daughter of one Zinat Sultana who hails from Manikganj, won the prize. President of the National Press Club Riazuddin Ahmed gave away the prize-a private car-formally to the winner. SK Das, director of Square Consumer Products Limited, and its Senior Marketing Manager Ashraful Haque were present at the function, among others. "Through this type of function Bangladeshi products will gain more popularity among people, especially young ones" said Riazuddin Ahmed, also editor of the daily News Today. He also thanked Square Consumer Products Limited for producing quality products. Earlier, an offer styled 'Jodi Bhetore Thake Car Khule Dekho Bar Bar' (Unpack again and again to win a car) was announced between January 7 and July 20 this year.
