Honourable leaders

I, on behalf of the citizens, would like to make an earnest request to our honourable political leaders of the country to kindly consider some innovative measures as to the holding of their election campaigns in the cities. It is a common practice on the part of the politicians that they hold their campaign meetings at different central places in the cities. Influx of the people in those meetings with their uncountable vehicles pose a horrendous stalemate situation on the streets, making things difficult for the tired office workers and other commuters.

The situation gets more precarious when the prime minister and the leader of the opposition happen to be in such meetingsthe whole town comes to a standstill.

With the election knocking on the door, these kinds of meetings will be recurrent happenings across the country. And keeping this imminent ordeal in mind, I would like to appeal to the parties to avoid punishing people through organising such meetings in busy places.
