Khilgoan flyover

Every day thousands of people take a stroll on Khilgoan flyover. They treat the place like a recreation centre. Pedestrians and vendors jaywalk, causing serious risk to moving vehicles. Accident can occur anytime. On the west part of the flyover a few people park their vehicles, which is a nuisance for passing vehicles. The authorities concerned should look into the matter.
