New chairman, vice chairpersons of Prime Bank
Imam Anwar Hossain was recently elected chairman of Prime Bank Ltd while Shahnaz Quashem and Saheda Pervin Trisha were elected vice chairpersons.After obtaining his first class master marine certificate from the UK in 1980, Anwar started shipping business, says a press release. He is the chairman of Imam Group, sponsor director and first vice chairman of Pragati Insurance Ltd and director of Prime Cement Ltd, People Leasing, Progati Life and Jamuna Resort Ltd. Shahnaz is a sponsor director of Prime Bank and a director of Associated Oxygen Ltd while Saheda is a director of Prime Insurance Co Ltd, VIP Shahadat Poultry & Hatchery and VIP Shahadat Cold Storage.
