UGC signs MoU with Monash varsity

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh and Monash University of Australia on February 6 at the UGC Bhaban in the city, says a press release.Under the MoU, Bangladeshi students will get opportunities to study M. Phil and Ph.D. in Monash University. The MoU is also intended to facilitate and promote cooperation between the two institutions in the area of education, training, research, development, instruction, and student and staff exchange. UGC Chairman Prof M Asaduzzaman and Vice-chancellor of Monash University Prof Richard Larkins signed the memorandum on behalf of their respective institutions.
