Sammilito Ainjibi Samannoy Parishad, a forum of opposition-backed lawyers, yesterday nominated its Convenor barrister M Amir Ul Islam to contest for the post of president of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA).A meeting of the forum held at the Bar Council building with barrister Safiq Ahmed in the chair took the decision. Barrister Rokanuddin Mahmud, Abdul Baset Majumder, Ozair Farooq and Mahbubey Alam were present, among others.
