14-party's countrywide agitation today

The 14-party opposition combine will stage demonstration across the country today in protest against blanket arrest, oppression, attacks and obstruction ahead of the long march on February 5. The combine will also demand immediate release of their leaders, workers and supporters arrested during the long march. As part of the programme, opposition line-up will bring out a procession and hold a rally at Muktangon. Leader of the Opposition Sheikh Hasina announced the agitation programme at a post-long march rally in the city on February 5.
