Giles in doubt for final Test

England's first choice spinner Ashley Giles is doubtful for the third and final Test against Pakistan starting on Tuesday.

He is struggling with a hip injury and said it was "touch and go" whether he could play in a match England must win to square the series.

Giles is already ruled out of next month's one-day series with the injury caused by a damaged hip cartilage.
