Government job quota

As a Bangladeshi I think I have the equal right, like all others, to get a government job. But now it is very difficult for me to get any government job. There is quota for every job, specially the 'Freedom Fighter' quota.

As I am not a son of a freedom fighter, I consider myself a victim of the system that puts many like me at a disadvantage.
