Meghna Cement approves 25pc dividend
Meghna Cement Mills Ltd, a concern of Bashundhara Group, has declared a 25 percent dividend for its shareholders for the year 2004.The dividend was approved at the 13th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company in Dhaka on Thursday. Mahaboob Morshed Hassan, sponsor director of the company, presided over the AGM attended, among others, by senior executives, shareholders and auditors, says a press release.
