ESL teachers' training programme launched

A five-day training Programme titled " Teachers Strategies for the ESL Classroom' organised by Bangladesh English Language Teachers Association (Belta) started yesterday at the Presidency University auditorium in the city.160 English teachers from different educational institutions of the country attended the opening ceremony of the training program. The training are being conducted by six English language training specialists from the USA and Japan. Speaking as the chief guest, American Centre Deputy Director Dr Michelle Jones appreciated the effort. BELTA President Dr Arifa Rahman also spoke at the program.
