There are many perspectives-- international, national, personal, communal, spiritual etc.

What has permanency in this mortal life? The whole mankind belongs to one human family, with only one Lord at the top, and He knows what's happening in his kingdom. We tiny humans try to arbitrate, and set up interim and ad hoc solutions. It is the recurring Game of Life.
