Fifteen young artistes performed classical songs at Bengal Gallery at a programme titled Shongey Theko Sangeet-II. The performers had earlier participated in a classical music workshop, Parampara, organised by Bengal Foundation.The programme started with Raga Behagey Khayal performed by Sushmita Debnath Shuchi. After that Anima Ray and Sushmita Ahmed rendered Rabindra Sangeet, Champa Banik and Sabbir Chowdhury sang Nazrul Sangeet. The last attraction and the best performance of the evening was Lalon songs by Chumki.
