No clue to Abdul Ahad murder in Sylhet


No clue to Abdul Ahad murder has been traced after four days of the gruesome murder.

Though four persons were arrested and taken on three days' remand, yet police could not trace any clue of Monday night's murder.

Owner of a huge landed property, Abdul Ahad, 55, was killed by unknown assailants on the aforesaid night and the body was recovered the next morning from a hillock type spot near to his house.

The victim went out of his house at about 10 pm on Monday. Since then he had been missing. One of his eyes was gouged out and an ear was severed by the killers. The body also bore marks of injuries on nose and throat.
