Indian foreign secy due today

Indian Foreign Secretary Shashank arrives here today on a four-day visit.

This is Shashank's first visit to Bangladesh since he took over as the Foreign Secretary of India in November 2003.

Besides holding talks with the Bangladesh Foreign Secretary on all issues of bilateral and regional interest, Shashank will also meet the foreign minister and his deputy, said a release.
