Late Abdur Rahman Bayati, and eminent actors SA Abul Hayat and ATM Shamsuzzaman have been selected under the category of arts.
The other recipients under the social service category are Jharna Dhara Chowdhury, Srimat Sattyaprio Mohather and Dr Arupratan Chowdhury.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will hand over the award to the recipients at Osmani Memorial Auditorium on February 19.
